This is a Bill Evans Simitar from the 1976 RCM plan, originally described for Cox TD-049 or 051 power. The wings are hot wire foam cut, and covered with 1.5 mm balsa. Fuselage is a simple balsa structure. Control is Futaba FASST equipment with HiTech HS-65 servos to the elevons.
