Description:
The model is a .90-1.00 cuin glow model available from Sig Manufacturing as an ARF (www.sigmfg.com). I converted to electric with the axi/jeti power system described above. Besides making my own scale 4 bladed prop for the model I also replaced the supplied mechanical retracts with Robart spring-down pneumatic retracts and 3/8" robostruts, modified to accept a larger wheel.
The model will later be converted to an Allison engine P-51A model using the same AXI motor but now turning a scale Curtis Electric 3 blade 20 x 11 three blade prop.
